Refund & Return Policy

1. 一般政策

1. General Policy

為保障商品品質及訂單處理安排,本店商品一經出貨後,一般不設退貨、退款或換貨安排
請於下單前確認所選商品資料無誤,包括款式、顏色、尺寸及收件資料。

To ensure product quality and smooth order handling, items from our store are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once shipped.
Please make sure all order details are correct before placing your order, including the style, color, size, and shipping information.

以下情況一般不接受退貨、退款或換貨申請

  • 改變主意
  • 選錯款式、顏色或尺寸
  • 不適合個人喜好
  • 因個人原因重複下單
  • 商品已出貨後提出取消訂單

The following situations are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selection of style, color, or size
  • personal preference
  • duplicate orders placed by mistake
  • cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped

3. 商品損壞、瑕疵或寄錯

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

如您收到之商品有以下情況,請於收貨後 7 日內聯絡我們:

  • 商品損壞
  • 商品有明顯瑕疵
  • 收到錯誤商品
  • 商品與訂單內容不符

我們收到資料後,會按實際情況作出跟進,並提供合適處理方案,包括補寄、更換、退款或其他適當安排。

If you receive an item that is any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect
  • not in accordance with your order

Once we review the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution depending on the situation, which may include a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another suitable arrangement.

5. 處理及審核安排

所有退款、退貨、更換或補寄安排,均需先經本店審核及確認。
我們保留就每宗申請作最終決定之權利。

Any refund, return, replacement, or reshipment request is subject to our review and approval.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on each case.


6. 未經批准請勿自行寄回

6. Do Not Return Items Without Approval

未經本店事先確認及批准,請不要自行退回商品
如商品在未經批准情況下寄回,我們未必能夠接收或處理。

Please do not return any item without our prior approval.
Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted or processed.


7. 運費安排

如問題經確認屬商品損壞、瑕疵、寄錯或與訂單不符,相關退回或補寄安排將按情況處理。
如不屬上述情況,本店一般不承擔任何退回運費,亦不設退貨安排。

If the issue is confirmed to be due to damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or an order discrepancy, any return or reshipment arrangement will be handled accordingly.
For all other situations, we generally do not cover return shipping costs and do not accept returns.

如退款申請獲批准,退款將退回至原付款方式。
退款處理時間一般為 7–14 個工作天,實際到帳時間視乎付款平台或銀行處理時間而定。

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, although the actual posting time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


9. 換貨安排

本店商品出貨後,一般不設因個人原因換貨安排
如因商品損壞、瑕疵或寄錯而需要更換,請先與我們聯絡,我們會按情況協助處理。

We generally do not offer exchanges for personal reasons once an item has been shipped.
If an exchange is needed due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, please contact us first and we will assist accordingly.
